Placing an Order
Our current Medicine Home Delivery service is available to all customers
within our designated delivery locations:
Gulshan 1 & 2, Baridhara, Banani, Mohakhali & DOHS, Niketan, Nikunja, Mirpur and Banasree.
Just send us a message with your name, address, phone number, list of
required medicines, and their quantity on WhatsApp (Aster Banani Outlet
01700703877) along with a scanned copy or picture of the
prescription (in case of prescription medicine). Our dedicated team will
swiftly confirm the availability and provide you with an estimated
delivery time.
There is no minimum order value for our Medicine Home Delivery service.
You can place an order for any quantity of medications and healthcare
products.
We offer free standard delivery for all Medicine Home Delivery orders.
We offer delivery from 10 a.m.– 8 p.m., 7 days a week. Orders must be
placed by 8 p.m. for same-day delivery. If ordering outside of these
hours, we will deliver your order the next day by noon.
Delivery Process
If you place your order during delivery hours, your order will be
delivered to your home within 3 hours from order confirmation.
We will send you a text in WhatsApp when your order is out for delivery.
All temperature-sensitive medications are delivered according to the
manufacturer’s guidelines to maintain their optimal temperature range.
Temperature-sensitive medications are delivered in insulated boxes (or
coolers).
Cancellations and Issues
Yes, call your store as soon as possible to cancel the order. However,
once the order has been finalized and picked up by one of our delivery
partners it can no longer be canceled.
Payment
You can pay for your purchases using one of two different payment
options.
1. Cash on Delivery:You can make the payment on cash upon receiving your
products.
2. Mobile wallets:You can also choose bkash, Nagad, and Upay for payments of your
products.
In case your mobile wallet payment it is mandatory to use your
